ENGINEERING
Develop technical service standards by project, group or brand, and in details for MEP, kitchen & laundry, fire life and safety (NFPA and HACCP).
From development, design, approval, site PM/CM support, pre-opening scope (with test & commissioning), handover and the opening.
Develop engineering energy, water and waste efficiencies along the ‘GHG protocol/Co2-emissions’. Applying LEED standards, using ‘EarthCheck’ for benchmarking and certification process, including ISO 9000/9002 standards.
Support the development in regard to new projects for scope, definitions, and audit drawings and approval process (including bid & tender process).
For renovation project: design, development, bid and project/construction control with handover.
