When we brought The Zero from London to Phuket, we were confident in the concept.
What we were careful about was the team who would carry it forward.

Juergen Seidel is a good example of how we make those decisions.
PMP certified. ISO 9000 and 9002 qualified, including Siemens MEA Samsen and Prakanong and the PEA power network supplying Phuket island. Thirty years of complex project delivery across Thailand and internationally. He led the environmental programme at Six Senses and Soneva for a decade, and brought all Dusit International properties under EarthCheck certification.
That experience spoke for itself. But experience without shared vision only delivers a building.
We were trying to deliver something more than that.
And Juergen arrived understanding what The Zero was meant to become and why.
That is the difference between someone who completes a project and someone who protects its original intention all the way through.

Every person we have brought into The Zero Phuket has been chosen the same way.

Because a project like this is not defined by its strategy.
It is defined by the people willing to execute it properly.
