AWC invests 8,704 million baht to acquire and renovate ‘Swissôtel Bangkok Ratchada’, preparing to rebrand it as JW Marriott.
This investment aligns with the strategy for strong growth in 2025 by expanding the portfolio in the hotel and hospitality group, as well as the commercial business group, totaling 9 highlight projects under an investment of over 22 billion baht. 8,704 million baht will be used to invest in the new Jubilee Prestige Tower project in the Ratchadaphisek area, with the remainder going to the other 8 projects, including Jurassic World and a hotel in Chiang Mai that will bring an onsen and ryokan experience, among others.
Wallapa Triprasorus, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Asset World Corp Public Company Limited ( AWC), stated that yesterday, the company’s board of directors approved AWC’s investment of over 4,415 million baht in Le Concorde Hotel Company Limited.
