Our double-height champagne cellar and grand bronze and gold champagne table—essentially an enormous and very elegant ice bucket—are stocked with some of France’s finest and rarest boutique brands: Le Brun de Neuville, Champagne J. de Telmont, Dosnon Champagne and the extraordinary but obscure Champagne Comtes de Dampierre.
