Sushi Saito, Thailand

Japanese Restaurant/Authentic Omakase, upholding the legacy of Michelin-starred in Japan.
Sushi Saito is located on the banks of the Chao Phraya River. The atmosphere is great. The new branch of the famous parent company in Tokyo is led by Chef Takashi Saito.
Of course, this restaurant specializes in Edomae-style sushi, and we will see Chef Maruyama demonstrate his skills and techniques from the Edo period in making sushi. Fresh ingredients are delivered straight from the Toyosu fish market in Japan every day.
The chef uses sushi rice from Akita and Nagano prefectures, steamed in mineral water, and seasoned with the restaurant’s special vinegar.
The interior of the restaurant is decorated in a classic Japanese style, with a large hall with a drink bar and a Hinoki wood counter around the open kitchen.
